Hello + thank you for allowing me to share my work! I am a photographer...but am also an illustrator, painter + anthropologist (with a side of archaeology). My home base is New Orleans, Louisiana.
In 2005, I received Bachelor's degrees from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (Photography, Administration of Justice). Then I want on to earned a Master's degree (with distinction) in Anthropology in 2010 [thesis].
My background as an artist led me to seek an internship with Keith Cotton, who is known for his fine art portraits. I later worked with Christopher Parr + Scott Tennyson, who both focus on visual story telling. So, now I have developed an approach that has a journalistic flair with plenty of artistic sass. I pride myself in focusing on the classic fundamental elements while capturing those small moments that really tell people's stories.
If you're interested, shoot me a message! I'd love to go grab a cup of coffee so we can talk about all of your ideas and plans in-person. If you're planning to travel to New Orleans, or elsewhere, I'm happy to Skype with you.

FINE ART INFORMATION
I am an award winning photographer and have exhibited both nationally and internationally. I am honored to have been chosen to exhibit by renowned professionals such as Ken Merfeld, Keith Carter, and Cig Harvey, among others. Publications include Black and White Magazine (Issue #107) and Pryme Magazine (Issue #1). I am always interested in new opportunities, so give me a buzz!
EXHIBITIONS & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Silver Gelatin prints (both b&w and color) are hand printed with light sensitive paper and chemicals. Care is taken to maintain the archival nature of traditional photography prints. Each black and white print is hand toned in either selenium, sepia, or thiourea.
All pricing is for matted images. All materials are acid-free, which I insist upon for archival purposes. Photographs are attached with linen tape (t-style mount) to a 2-ply museum board (rag, acid-free) backing with a 4-ply window mat. A 1/4" piece of foam core provides the support for framing, and protects the 2-ply and the print.
Please inquire about edition numbers and pricing. As editions sell, print values increase.
